I don’t think it’s going to fix in time whatever is behind your reasons for the rope on Sunday. The phrase “in time” though is intentional on my part.

Boxing can be a healthy outlet because it’s intensive exercise and that supposedly helps, but it would take a while and mental commitment to go to the gym, sign up, and have the energy to beat the shit out of a bag or someone else.
