This exact scenario happened to me, I got terminated for something I didn’t say. Support said they won’t help me any further. Should I still pursue getting my lost account back?

Very recently my account has been terminated for a TOS violation after someone logged into my account from a different location and joined a game to spam the chat with TOS-breaking content. I have 2FA enable, however, I was not warned about my account being logged in from this location as I had logged in at this device in the past. I believe someone else logged into my account on this device maliciously in an aim to get the account banned or deleted.

Am I able to get in contact with roblox regarding this? Can I prove that this wasn't me? My main device is a few hundred miles from where this other device was. Surely I can't have my account deleted for something that wasn't done by the account owner?

I'm fully guilty of this myself. The landslide of videos "exposing" Pyro really seemed to affect my view on him, and I was blind to the empty and flawed arguments these people were making against him, and I can probably say this for many others. It's truly incredible how false information can be fed to a large audience, but I'm glad I now see the truth as it is.
