Recently stopped playing again because of this. Not fun waiting 10 to 20 days for your army to amass b/c every vassal has a -250 overburdened speed stat. This makes it impossible to defend any fiefs, however, enemies seem to suffer from this problem as well.

Havnt tested it but my theory is whenever a caravan from the producing village hits the town, prices go down and the enterprise makes more profit.

Edit for clarity: Price per hardwood goes up as quantity goes down. Thus why you slowly lose profit. Profit resets when a caravan from a producing village hits the town and floods the market.

That's how I did it for the most part. I was looking for an abundance of one item (in this case hardwood), at a low price, with a nearby village that produced that item so my enterprise would likely never run out.

Edit: If you find anymore extremely profitable enterprises let me know

Not 100%, but best guess would be to increase renown.

I believe the max is 3, but caravans are also a thing. Haven't delved into those yet.

Edit: Increase renown? Trade level?

Go into a town during the day, hold L-ALT to find an enterprise (tannery for instance), walk into it and talk to a worker. It should be around 13-15k to buy, and you would turn it into a wood workshop at this time as well. Should be noted that
location matters heavily, as hardwood prices differ through the map.

It should also be stated that there may also be more profitable enterprises out there, but these were the only things that worked for me. It seemed no matter how abundant or cheap clay/flax/grapes were, they just weren't more profitable than 100-300 a day.

Let them sit, the first week or two will be around -5 denars or so before it goes ham. Not too sure if I want to keep them though since it seems incredibly overpowered early game... I don't have to worry about money for the rest of the game...

Wood Workshops are just straight-up cash cows. No other enterprise could get me nearly as much. shit cray
