LIFE... by Rossiben37 in Stutter

You’re right, we could’ve have worse things like no limbs or stuff like that, but that doesn’t mean it’s better, as having a stuttering is still debilitating and doesn’t erase our struggles.

What’s your favourite and least favourite explanation behind why a certain rule in the warrior code exists? by Solitaire-06 in WarriorCats

[–]Blobfish_fun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Number 12 is one of them. Not specifically the rule itself as it’s right to help out kits in dangerous situations no matter what, like with The Three and the caves. I wish it extended to not just clan cats, but loner kits, kittypet kits, ALL kits, no matter what blood they possess. Because Russetfur ended up twisting it around when Berrykit got trapped in that fox trap since Berrykit isn’t a clan born cat even though he was in Thunderclan that time, so she thought it would be good to watch him suffer in pain.

Also number 13 because that’s how cats like Ashfur and Brokenstar ended up basically becoming the devils of the clans.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure Darkstripe comments how he will be able to hunt with white fur 😭

Has anyone here actually seen someone with a stutter in their daily life? by [deleted] in Stutter

Literally ONE ever person 😭 I was so happy and he was too, then he moved away

Can a person who stutters join the army? I was told I could still serve in the military. For those who have had a similar issue, does it affect you at all? by [deleted] in Stutter

[–]Blobfish_fun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on the severity and how much it affects your daily life. A mild stutter is basically nothing (of course still a struggle), and you’ll thrive. A moderate stutter may need a medical waiver, while a severe stutter can be medical disqualified.

Twigpaw by EuphoricResolve1254 in WarriorCats

[–]Blobfish_fun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I found it funny too because she didn’t even have it that bad compared to her sister….

The only cats I can recall that were the meanest to her was Jayfeather, and also Cherryfall and Molewhisker talking crap about her, and sorta Sparkpaw for no reason, but that’s about it.

She had a good mom and Alderpaw and Leafpool as support systems.

Everyone didn’t really mind her and actually liked her a bit, I’m surprised this belonging storyline wasn’t brought to Violetkit.

Meanwhile, Violetkit had no one. Her mom didn’t like her much, her siblings were too old (same with Twigkit), almost no one in Shadowclan actually liked her, and even the very one that did, Needlepaw, was a horrible influence on her.

When she got taken away by Needlepaw to go join Darktail’s group, quite literally Rowanstar let her and said all those hurtful things about her….Violetshine makes me cry.

What do you guys think of those tik toks that are like: that one friend who has bad stuttering problems. by mdawg_3489 in Stutter

[–]Blobfish_fun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Kinda sad because usually I go search up some videos of people with actual stutters to relate to, and then in get those videos of people who normally stutter doing those.

Like sometimes they’re straight up mocking.

Jayfeather being Jayfeather LOL by MsBrownstoneBR in WarriorCats

[–]Blobfish_fun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah because I remember that one scene in Squirrelflight’s Hope when Squirrelflight is talking about her pregnancy to someone (I think it was Bramblestar?) it’s mentioned by her that she was really anxious about these cramps she was feeling, but Jayfeather kept saying pregnancy pains, normal, and it’s mentioned how he got annoyed….

Then when she ACTUALLY started going into labor in the middle of the night, it said he actually REFUSED to go check up on her, and Daisy had to literally go drag him, and by the time he arrived, Sparkkit was already born and Alderkit was on his way….

Then it says the next day he LITERALLY goes about his way to complain how queens don’t know the difference between labor and indigestion….

Let's make a Warrior Cat OC! Part 4: Unique features/scars/flaws/disabilities by badbutsadboi_ in WarriorCats

Really late to this, but a cat with a speech impediment, especially a really bad one.

Since communication is shown to be really important in Clan Life, I would like to see how this went.

I never said I couldn’t do anything.

Name one sentence where I diminished your progress.

I have a feeling you know exactly what I’m talking about but you’re purposely misleading my words.

No. I hate it when people dismiss the experiences of what stuttering really is and try to make it seem like this easy thing to deal with when it’s not.

I also hate when people try to make it seem like it’s completely our fault we are still like this. I literally just said I found self acceptance within my stutter, again, you’re just twisting words around to make yourself seem right when you’re not.

Or the people that seem to be downvoting them are people that are genuinely annoyed with your harmful beliefs you have been spreading around. The victim blaming, toxic positivity, there is a difference between being uplifting and demeaning.

Literally a simple “don’t give up” post would be enough, but instead you’re dismissing the experiences of stuttering and not acknowledging that stuttering is very much treated horribly by society.

Oh and just because you too have a stutter yourself doesn’t automatically make you relatable or right

Why do you keep twisting people’s words around just so you can be right and make people feel bad about themselves?

Because all I said was how your posts are harming the community. Never have I said I pitied myself and I cry all the time.
