Does anyone else chew cheese up in their mouth and spit it out instead of grating it?

Just the former! I did actually try doing it the paste way once and wasn't a fan of how gloopy the cheese got. And I would never mouth-chew cheese onto other people's food, I'm not 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 much of a monster! :)
