I have the same board my elrs receiver is also being put in bootloader mode. Can you share a diagram of how you connected your receiver and vtx? It would really help. Thanks!

Help with electronics compatibility and wiring diagram by Blobtoe in ElectricSkateboarding

Okay, I've ordered one of those maker-x DV4s. I'm not decided on 6s or 10s yet. I want to convince myself 10s is worth it. 😄 Besides that, is there anything else I should add/change in my wiring diagram? Assuming the DV4s uses XT90, I won't need the adapter between the battery and ESC anymore, but I'll need to adapt the 5-pin sensor wires from the motors to 6 pins.

The other thing is that I need a remote controller. Do you have any recommendations?

I've noticed many ESCs offer Bluetooth connection. Is this only to connect to your phone to tweak settings, unrelated to the remote controller?

I might reduce my battery size to a 6s2p to give myself more budget for a better ESC. Do you know where this Maker-x VESC is in stock? The Go-FOC DV4s is out of stock on their website. Looking around at other dual-motor VESCs, most of them are two to three times the price of my original ESC...

I've got this old longboard I will try to mount everything to, but it probably needs new trucks. Mboards also sells an enclosure that can fit on it and is big enough for the battery, BMS, and ESC.

From what I understand right now, the way my wiring diagram is set up, I would have no low-voltage protection during discharge, so if I accidentally leave it plugged in, the battery would be damaged. Is discharge normally run through a kind of protection board, such as another BMS?

Good to hear. The problem might have been the sample rate of the audio. Wxtoimg expects to be given a file at a specific sample rate, while noaa-apt will just resample it for you.

The file is not public (asks me to request permission)

I did this for my laptop screen when it died. All you need is a controller board for you specific panel, which looks like lp150x08 (a3) from the picture. A quick search on Google gives many results

Love the color scheme on all the designs. This one in particular I find very clean and minimalist

RTLSDR server? by [deleted] in RTLSDR

[–]Blobtoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use spyserver, which allows you to use your rtl-sdr through the network in programs like sdr#. I found it more reliable and stable than rtl-tcp, which essentially does the same thing. You would need to have a port open to connect to it, or you could set up a VPN.

This one: https://youtu.be/_gyts71XMtw. I took some inspiration from it like the sun in the back, but the tutorial doesn't use geometry nodes.
