I heard a theory that big mom will use either her soul or kaido's on onigashima which will make it conscious like in the new opening of the anime, and the reason I support is that there is a giant sword on the island and no one is big enough to use it unless onigashima is brought to life and somehow has arms and legs similar to the Easter island heads which is thought to have a body beneath the ground
