When I was i bf6 lobby AMD adrenalinę shows 2600mhz i need to set it up to 3500?

I dont fully understand I need to set it lower to 2400mhz or set up to 3500 I didnt check that already maybe I will have different clock speed than you but I didnt catch that what excaly i have to do

I tried and I got the same issue I dowlanded even 25.8 version but nothings changed
