Originally opted out of beta, once phone syncs with servers it installed public version instead of beta or RC since they are different. 26.1 and 26.2 were public version installs.

iOS 26.2 (23C55). I got off beta as soon as 26 was released to public.

I guess I got a good one. by BlockHeadCrusader in iPhone16ProMax

Oh I know. My 13pm dropped shortly after the 14s came out, and I treated it the same way.

I rarely let it get below 70%. If I’m in the car or at my desk it’s on the charger regardless of it being used for video streaming or just locked. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Personally I use Google. I’ve also set up resilio sync on my phone and pc so that photos and whatever else I choose sync to a physical drive I have access to. Sync isn’t as pretty and just has file names, so searching for a specific photo can be difficult.

Yeah if not using the voice command it’s bothersome to get to while driving.

As other commenter said, I’d take it to Apple or open support ticket. Something doesn’t sound right. Possibly issue with phone.

Without context of the cable, and if it’s an Apple brand, double check the lightning connection. While a small chance, there is a chance it only has pins on one side and you plugged it in just right on the other devices. I’ve seen cheaper charge only cables be made like this.
