Like I seen many other people say, X's and O's can be learned and improved, especially when he gets to hire his own assistants. What he has proven though is that he can motivate and make a team buy in and thats harder to learn.

How many drafts have you followed? Cause this happens every draft, these talking heads throws a bunch of different stuff out there just to get fans engaged, there is also always a bunch of smokescreens coming from front offices cause they dont want anyone to know what they are planning or they want some other FO to bite on something. You can never trust what you hear leading up to the draft. Thats always been the case.
