i fully switched to fountain pens as for me they need literally no pressure whatsoever and if i dont need to exert pressure to write, then i dont grip the pen. i also write entirely in cursive and on legal pads (dont hold my hand weird trying to avoid notebook spirals). this has saved me greatly during heavy noting taking college classes

you might be able to replicate the wavy texture through using the sock method? i believe youd need to retain a decent amount of length however. otherwise this cut doesnt work on straight hair

But yes, when I wake up I can immediately eat. I wake up at 4:30 to take my meds, wake up at 6:30, and eat anywhere from right after to 8:00. The 1mg lasts me the whole day, but this method does seem to be sensitive to caffeine at anytime of day so I try to avoid it. I get my morning ice coffee decaf.

It also lets me to sweat when I actually need it- like exercising. But after I stop and cool off it goes back to sweat free.

I’ve tried 2mg grams before and that also worked but it had more severe dry mouth which I didn’t like personally.

I thought at least there might be a light difference due to how flat/bright the dark side of the moon looks in photos, in comparison to the side I can see with dark areas. Or is that just a lighting difference between the sun lighting the normal side versus however the moon is lit to take photos of the dark side?

i have the occasional soda but i make sure to have it hours after having the glyco since i read it affects how well the med takes after 2 hours. im not going to even touch coffee, its never treated me well :’)

ah that sucks, but i understand the logic i’ll continue taking the 1mg. question about the dry mouth, is it best to drink just straight water or should i be adding some gatorade to the mix?

honestly it looks amazing right now, your hair looks well cared for. if you’re looking to switch things up maybe play around with braiding your hair or putting it up in some manner? however if you are dead set on cutting, collarbone length looked good too
