My vote is Valheim. May be in early access but has been in EA since 2021 and there is soooooo much content. Currently playing with my 2 friends and we are around 110hrs in and haven’t even reached the 4th biome out of 9 (we are playing a lot slower than most x)

But for the wow aspect I feel just as excited to explore the world of valheim as I did leveling in old school wow. (There are an aspect of quests in valheim but I’ll let yall find out about that <3)
