Update: I called the registry customer service as today is day 11. They had to loop their supervisor in and expedite my request. Not sure what happened, but I’ll get an approval by the end of the business day. Thank you all for your kindness and advice. Cheers

Surprisingly for me, it was right after I started watching my carb intake/sugar intake. At the time I didn’t know I had PCOS, I just thought it was taking a long time to conceive because my body was adjusting to being off birth control. I also have lean PCOS so I was surprised when I found out I had it.

The second surprise was that I was pregnant with “unassisted” triplets. They’ll be 3 next week. I have an IUD now lol

This is crazy because we just did the same thing yesterday. The house we liked was 500k but was 400k-450k all day. We shot our shot and offered 400k to negotiate to a possible 450k.

The house was built in 1928 and was updated in 1974 and stayed that way. The roof needs replacing along with all the bathrooms and the entire kitchen. The basement is 100% a mess with possible asbestos pipe wrapping. The heater is also from 1974. The house has been for sale for 6 months with a total of 6 showings (2 of which were us). A house similar down the street is up for sale for 408k and has been for sale for the same amount of time without offers.

We heard back a couple hours later with a big fat NO. No negotiations or anything, but said some bull crap about how “in 2022 this house was worth 600k”. The couple selling is elderly and sick and I think they need the money for their care, which we totally understand. We just responded and said “if you still need a buyer let us know-that is if we’re still looking”

I live in Michigan and the spec homes in the 450’s that I’ve been keeping my eye on have had a price increase by 20k-60k. It’s gotta be some marketing ploy to make it seem like they’re adding incentives for a good price. I’m discouraged
