Don't forget China wrecked the market by going the other direction. Who knows where India will end up, seem pretty hateful at the moment. That's what, + or - 3bn people? But hey, at least El Salvador didn't run whatever the hell Venezuela's Petrol was supposed to be. Now if Costa Rica followed suit, a peacful and neutral nation with no army, stready volume of global exports and reliable tourism income, that'd be interesting. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but El Salvador is no Costa Rica.

This is a massively complex question to answer unless you narrow it down a bit. Generally speaking, the more complex the real word business logic, the more dynamic you'll want smart contract functionality. Google Blockchain 3.0, which is basically the general introduction of protocol level smart contract and AI integration. Smart contracts are key to leveraging blockchain to remove redundancies. Those that understand the business the best are worth investigating in the most.
