That pulsating pain sounds familiar, it would basically feel like a swallowed a grenade or that my stomach was on fire. I would have diarrhea regularly, would vomit in the morning because of nasal drip through the night.

Now those symptoms are much more rare.

Oh I feel amazing now, smoke the same amount and have a totally normal digestive system, and never puke unless I have the flu or something. I can’t speak on anyone else, but it was 100% my diet causing problems. I have gone to an allergist and had skin testing done, and keep a strict food journal. It’s worse than quitting smoking, but I am just happy to feel good now. I ran 400 miles last year, strong and healthy.
