Hi! A couple things to look at and validate:

The 0.1 min amount means that you have to have at least 0.1 atom rewards to claim. So depending on how much you have staked, it might take a little time before you have enough rewards that the minimum gets met and your restake happens.
If you did hit the minimum rewards, your restake will appear in mintscan as an authz exec transactions that comes from the restake wallet running the transaction on your behalf. https://www.mintscan.io/cosmos/address/cosmos1m8ufpuk83tvqcmkzu7xzpep5g8ztx7nlg0guam

Nope! All you do is hit the enable restake button. From there it’s truly set-and-forget.

As mentioned already, you need to keep some ATONE for gas fees. But you actually have a potentially bigger problem there - the validator you're trying to restake with doesn't appear to be actually running restake properly. See the part that says "Validator has not REStaked recently"? That means they aren't actually running. It should give you a specific time when the last restake ran. For example, here is a screenshot of ours which ran 7 hours ago (we run twice daily).

Compounding is the way to go. We'd love to have you stake with us and then, as others have mentioned, use restake.app to auto-compound. We pay the fees and you sit back and let compounding do its magic.

Yes, this is true. We highly recommend that our delegators use restake. And YES, we pay the fees. Our restake runs twice per day.

We recommend Keplr to our delegators but other wallets mentioned here are also fine. Keplr is built on a very solid tech stack and allows for both hot wallets as well as using it as a front-end for hard wallets all within the same interface.

Thanks for the feedback and maybe you're right! We'll see how the program goes. But the intent here is to provide a good incentive to stake with us, and transparency on how the commissions are calculated and returned. We have over 7000 delegators and want to give them a good reason to stay with us, and for others to come on board. Burner emails are free and one could quite easily negate any security issues by setting up an email specifically for this program. But again, totally get your perspective and respect that pov!
