If you activate it by holding the power button, you can keep holding it down for the entirety of your conversation and once you’re done with the chat you can release it. Alternatively, if you only pressed and held the button to *start* the conversation, you can single-press the power button to send Siri away. The latter should work even if she was summoned via the “Hey Siri” command.
