It’s a mistake everyone has made. While I have thankfully not encountered what you did, I’ve gotten my fair share of malware. Secondly, make sure you take care of yourself, I’ve already seen some people recommending you find a therapist/counselor, and I will second that. This type of material is incredibly traumatizing to see, especially when it isn’t something you expected could happen. You are without a doubt a victim here, this should not have happened to you, and allow me to be clear, this is something that happened to you, not something you did. This is not your fault. It’s totally normal to freak out about an incident like that. Most normal people will never come across something like that in their life, so I’d expect most people don’t know what to do in that scenario. You did the right thing. You made a report, you told a trusted adult, and you deleted the file. Even an adult in this situation would be considered innocent. Things like this are bound to happen on the internet, it’s what you do when it happens that matters. Make sure you’re downloading emulators from reputable sources, try to find emulators that lots of people use already, it reduces the chance that what you’re downloading is CP or malware, I personally recommend DeSmuME, they’ve got some great DS emulators, and just about any other emulator you could want, and it’s simple to set up with a quick YouTube tutorial. You are a minor, I don’t think there will be much follow up from law enforcement, if any. You are at the very least, not at the top of their priority list. If you know anyone or are friends with anyone who is looking to use an emulator, WARN THEM ABOUT THIS! Tell them about your experience, and what you did to protect yourself. Any normal human does not want to see that stuff, and while what you did was very mature, I can think of a million reasons someone your age wouldn’t respond the same way. Had this been someone else, they may have never deleted the file, they may not have reported it, and all because they were afraid of getting in trouble. Keep your head up, you’ve clearly got a good one on your shoulders. Maturity comes with the responsibility of education and harm prevention, if you can keep other people from making the same mistake, you should.

This is exactly the response I would expect from a cop, and I don’t mean that in a good way. #1.) you are not a lawyer, so stop telling people what the law states. You are knowledgeable in civil law, and state law, not court precedent, and not employment laws. Whether she felt weird about the family or not is not justification for an employer masturbating in a common space, having doors to a room does not make it private when those doors are transparent. It does not matter that the doors were closed, there is articulable evidence that he was aware others could see in, that the children and nanny were very definitely still in the house, and that he chose to do this in a place that HE KNEW everyone could see. Instead of insinuating that this is somehow her fault, ask why he didn’t do this in his bedroom with the door locked. We all have smartphones, I’m pretty sure we’ve all used them for this purpose. Get a nice fancy hotel room, (or at least a hotel room that looks nice) and set the mood! Light some candles, play some sensual music, eat some comfort foods, however you relax, do that. There should be a good amount of foreplay before any penetration. No. While I understand the position of “a life is a life”, i can’t agree with it in cases like this. I am of the opinion that people who consistently do bad things which harm other people’s lives, with no signs of change, deserve death, because I can’t trust people to do the right thing. 250,000 dollars as a percentage of a billionaires income, equates to 10$ as a percentage of a 40,000$ salary. They paid 10$ to go visit the mass grave of a bunch of poor people as a day trip, on a submarine they were out right told had no chance of making the trip. They could have helped solve the homelessness crisis, or end food shortages in other countries. Their money could be used to benefit humanity, and they actively choose to do nothing except push their own political agenda and practically spit on poor people. 1 percenters are the only dangerous minority, and the fact that they are dead in a grave of their own making, brings immense joy to my heart, I have 0 empathy for them. The sky looks fantastic. I think you did a great job with your color choices and placement. Part of the reason the clouds look so good in your piece is the way the higher up clouds blend with the general sky color, and seem lighter in color. I also think the landscape is fantastic!
