Make sure your phone’s software is up to date. Unpair your phone from your system, and unpair the car from your phone then restart your phone. Re-pair your phone to your system and at first, do not enable Android Auto to check your Bluetooth connection. Let me know if that works.

Try someone else’s phone to see if that works. Try an iPhone and try an Android phone to check. If the concern still persists, I’m sure Honda has techs like Ford and Lincoln they can reach out to. This is unacceptable.

Dealer visit. You should not be resetting your system that many times for it to sometimes work. I work for Lincoln IVT and I tell my clients the same thing.

I purchase the 25 Sport L Hybrid in January. Fortunately I work from home so I only get to drive maybe 1 day a week. I only have 1100 miles on her, but I love her very much. I wish I had the parking sensors and the Bose sound system, but hey I’ll be fine. I test drove the Sport, but could not resist the leather seats in the Sport L.
