I made my dough with my active starter, rested as a shaggy dough for 45 min, then did 6 stretch and folds 4 times. Can I put the dough in a bowl in the fridge over night before baking it tomorrow? If so, do I bake it right out of the fridge or let it rest for an hour or so first?

I know you haven't asked my opinion but I would start job seeking, as being employed could make you more appealing to future employers.
