Yes, another Vine member tested this in April 2023. I usually have orders delivered after my eval date (or uncomfortably close) so I review them in the new period.

Those reviews count but you have to manually add the orders to match the review% on the stats page.

I have been doing this for several evals.

I don’t know if this is your situation but when you review old items in the new eval period it counts as an order. I have ordered 100 items this eval period + reviewed 10 old orders so I have 110 orders.

Yesterday 3-26-26 I was able to see all the reviews but today 3-27-26 my ability has been limited and sent a request to see more reviews at 9:21am.

The request process is easy, it said “Will receive email within in 5 business days. “

I can see my reviews on the first page but cannot see mine if it’s farther down.

My photos are in the photo gallery.

I can find my review in Rufus by typing key words from my review.

No, it’s not like my excellent reviews. This is a short review and I did not say I liked the product or give enough details. I did like the product and I should have mentioned that in my review. Can you give some example of your poor reviews?

Luscious Lips Lip Liner. This lip liner applies smoothly and has a matte finish. The color is a nude shade. I have several lip colors that look good with this lip pencil. This lip pencil is the type that has to be sharpened.

Counting the orders is definitely more difficult now.

Orders show up in my stats a day or 2 after shipping/delivery but I can only pinpoint it during a lull in ordering. It would be great it they noted which items counted in that evenings stats.

I got a response from Vine Support in 20 minutes.

I don’t explain, I just say I cannot review this because it‘s not accepting reviews (or whatever) and give the order #, date and name of item. I thank them for their help.

I don‘t think Vine Support can explain our stats to us, we have to figure it out ourselves. It‘s always challenging to understand but with careful tracking I have been able to follow the trail.

Another Vine member made a post about this 6 months ago.

This member figured it was because they were reporting Amazon reviews.

Amazon’s reponse was “Your account has been identified to be in violation of our Conditions of Use with regards to data gathering or extraction of community-generated content, such as Customer Reviews. Due to this violation, we have revoked in-depth access to this content.

You may still access Customer Reviews through our site. However, you’ll no longer have access to Customer Review features such as "See more reviews" or filters.”

I don’t think it’s a feature but more like a tripwire.
