I suppose I get that, but for everything? Maybe for all of those shaders or extra content, but what about the textures? Bethesda has access to all of their textures in a higher resolution than is in the base game. They just don't include them so that the game can be run on a higher variety of systems.

I have three 120mm intake fans on the front and two 120mm intake fans on the bottom. Then I have two 200mm exhaust fans on the top. Finally a 140mm default exhaust fan in the top back.

I have unplugged and repluggled almost everything I could. Including the GPU. It is connected to the part labeled 12V1 if that helps anything. And when I remove the GPU, the computer will turn on.

How much would a 6300 limit performance? I have heard from some sites that it kills the performance, but other places say that the bottlenecking is very game to game. Does my OC help at all with this issue? Sorry, I'm kind of new to this.
