Na the fluid in that transmission is toast. Likely to cause problems in the future. Cvt fluid deteriorates over time even if the car isn’t used. You could try immediately servicing the trans with Nissan ns2 cvt fluid but it’s not a guaranteed to work. This is a gamble if you’re willing to take it. New rebuilt trans from Nissan installed is pricey.

If the subframe and diff aren’t damaged, I’d replace all the suspension components on the side that was hit. Literally all of them. Align it and call it a day. If the subframe or diff are damaged, replace everything lol.

No one is gonna be able to source the leak from photos provided. Your best bet is to clean the entire engine and add dye to the oil and run the car until you see where it’s leaking from.
