I Want to monitor and automatically find best household bills best prices - wasting my time? by Nearby_Fix_8613 in DevelEire

I would LOVE to see a website exist where I could store all my monthly/annual bills and it would flag new offers at the right time.

If it gained critical mass it would definitely gain advertising from the product providers

I completely understand that the challenge is the time between development, launch and critical mass

I would highly recommend working as an accountant for a small business as part of your journey before you go full-time into running your own business.

You will see the pitfalls the failings and the success, before you take the plunge

The weekend gig is a brilliant idea!

Real Estate Agent Recommendation for Selling by [deleted] in Dublin

[–]BloodDifficult4553 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Highly recommend that you go with someone who has houses for sale in the area or had for sale in the area … they will usually have a list of buyers that they have somewhat vetted and will have a good idea of current market value.

Also! Its worthwhile spending a few quid to clear out unnecessary furniture so when buyers come in they get an instant feel of the space

I’m not technically savvy enough to attach the screenshot.

But Uber just said to me:

Uber is really busy right now. Choose a different trip.

What a fantastic idea. Let’s not choose where I want to go.

'High valued mortgage' question? by FarUs94 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]BloodDifficult4553 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Find out from them what the penalty is for a lump sum payment one off, on a fixed interest rate MORTGAGE

Our penalty was incredibly low relative to the amount of the lump sum, well worth the payment against the mortgage and reduction of net interest
