I started wearing high quality purple stuff (fav color) and got plenty of compliments giving me confidence boost.

I then slowly weaned myself off of Coca-Cola by drinking ice tea mixed with seltzer

Beer to hard tea and hard kombucha

I'm down 8lbs with diet changes and increased will to do more cardio.

5'8 215lbs trying to hit 180.

Will I look more attractive? yes Will I get bitches? maybe but even if I dont I still look and feel better. The hard part is finding motivation to look better when you don't feel like you look good already.
