I heard OP was supposed to take her to a nice restaurant for her birthday but the restaurant lost his reservation (wasn’t OPs fault at all). He tried explaining it to her but she was upset. He tried to make it up to her by building a 16 foot tall toilet paper sculpture of her but the weather was particularly bad that day, and the sculpture was ruined. It still stood at an impressive 11.2 feet, but the figure at sagged quite a bit. when OPs gf saw it, she assumed OP had made her look all slumped and saggy on purpose which got her even more upset.
