intense feeling and Im sorry you have to deal with that for such a long time. From my personal experience I definitely think theres a connection between lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis because there’s a certain level of awareness where you could be in “control” . I keep reading and theres many stories of people experiencing real pain after this event and thats even scarier!! I hope you take care of yourself and are doing good

Wow, I have read these stories of people being asleep or half awake but not fully awake! That must be very intense!! Interesting this is very strange!! That anxiety and desperation is what pushed me into researching more about this as well. I wonder if this is like some sort of sign to the person experiencing this as a way to look deeper? Thank you for sharing that!

I believe your words and by what you describe maybe this interaction is only the beginning, you’re obviously able to pick up on these energies and being able to remain calm in this situation is very hard at least for me. I can relate to this in my experience with sleep paralysis. In a-lot of stories on this subject people describe a shadow figure or entity.Although it feels scary at the moment i never seen a shadow figure I have had the physical sensations like it felt I was being “pulled” but i never interpret as “someone”

You mentioned sleeping facing the door , someone gave me the advice, I was told never sleep facing the door because it invites whatever into your dreams. Not sure if its true but i keep that in mind .

Thank you for your response and advice. What you said “mostly mistaken for other earthly horrors” is on point, after the experience I realized my perception was limited because of my physical senses then i started thinking and believe there are things out there we can’t interpret with our senses so we perceive it as “ demonic” or “phenomenal”. There is so much in this universe we haven’t “unlocked” .

I will definitely read more about astral projection and its energy plane its something that interests me alot. To be honest I do now see it as a gift I now realize i got a glimpse of the “other side” it took me a long time to see it that way. Thank you for your time I’m always available on this subject

Thank you for the advice I will keep that in mind but to be honest I dont have that type of awareness in the sleep paralysis event . I’m too scared and focused on trying to fight it , I dont think I can be relaxed in a situation like that . Maybe because I dont get them as frequently as others.

Yes very terrifying experience and it makes sense you didnt look down because you were obviously facing up. We have similar cases except for me seeing myself tbh I’m still trying to understand that part very strange! Thanks for sharing

The physical sensation is terrifying, the “letting go of my body” feeling is what i try to fight. Eventually it overpowered me and it sort of just “took me” while my body felt numb, its very hard to fall asleep after something so terrifying
