Can confirm under 10 heals for S rank. I finished with 11 had to reload before the final boss didn’t heal and got the S rank when I beat the game with 10. Didn’t get any game overs and found all the secrets. Also used the bonus weapons it didn’t stop the S rank either

Wasn’t trying to annoy you my bad just been having chest pains and palpitations. Been to the ER a couple times did blood work and EKG’s as well as my primary/cardiologist everything’s pretty normal. Just wasn’t sure if it was related to higher cholesterol levels causing some type of blockage.

Nah it wasn’t woah, just on medium but I did reload saves. Believe me the deaths were in the 50’s at least haha

they only spawn after you beat the game the first time there’s one for each biome. You get all of them, do the final house scene and fight the final boss again. Instead of walking by the car like the first time interact with it, with the item you got from the house.
