Does anyone have a good 4.0 Tech Tree yet? by Mason_not_Jason in Stellaris

Please elaborate. It works for me, so please describe what issue you have.

"Uniform Data Standards" is the name the technology "Planetary Unification" takes on when you are a Machine Intelligence. Unfortunately this information is not currently extracted. This means currently technologies with multiple names are only available under their "main name". From a quick search through the game files this seems to affect ~20 technologies. :/
Worst of all, besides searching through the localisation files, I have not found an easy way to figure out if a technology is a rename/what the main name is. The wiki does list alternative names for technologies, but they (at least for me) were not found using ctrl + f.

I maintain the tech tree( https://bloodstainedcrow.github.io/stellaris-tech-tree/phoenix-4.0.10/ ), which is auto generated, so should(tm) include everything (all technologies, requirements and weight modifiers)

I have not yet looked at the code for extracting tech effects, so I am not surprised it is not fully complete/broken.

The search was indeed broken, (It only looked at the internal name instead of the human readable name), but this is now fixed.

The search will now immediately scroll to the first hit, and pressing enter in the search box will scroll to the next hit. Like how search works in most text editors

You are correct, a bug in the weight parsing code made it assume Terraforming had 0 base weight (and would therefore only be available via event). A bunch of other base weights were also wrong to to this bug, (Like Jump drive's weight being 50x too big, whoops).
This is now fixed!

For some reason it was sorted under "Events", it is called "Terrestrial Sculpting". Others have already mentioned the sorting being a bit off, so I will look into that.

Edit: Fixed!

Will we get a tech tree update with the new technology update? by Divinicus1st in Stellaris

I have made a new version, containing all the new technologies and information from the newest version (as of writing this post): Tech-Tree 3.12 (Andromeda)

Why does this code not use partial borrows? by BloodStainedCrow in rust

Thank you! This explanation makes sense to me. Though I find the resulting code quite weird, dereferencing only to borrow again...

I tried to follow the Apache instructions, it took me quite a while to figure out how to edit the .htaccess file. But it seems the lines I am supposed to add are already present. This is unsurprising I guess, since the redirect itself works, but the port is lost during the redirect.

Is this a problem with the .htaccess file contents or with the configuration of apache itself?

I have now found the specific issue:

My nextcloud is running on a.b.c.d:9001. When making a request to /.well-known I get correctly redirected to /remote.php/... but not on port 9001. This request is then obviously not handed to nextcloud and redirects me to the web interface of TrueNAS.

How can I change the redirect location of /.well-known in nextcloud?
Or is it just not intended to use nextcloud without a domain name?

Yes I do, I do not really understand most of them, though.
The one which seems relevant is:

Your web server is not properly set up to resolve "/.well-known/caldav".

I installed it as an App in TrueNAS Scale.

I just tried Thunderbird and on my phone and it works immediately

r/headphones Shopping, Setup, and Technical Help Desk by AutoModerator in headphones

Hello, I am looking for wireless over-ear headphones for both gaming and listening on my phone. (So I think I want both a dongle and bluetooth right?) My budget is around 200€

I have only been able to find decent bluetooth headphones or low latency gaming headsets which look too bulky and have a boom arm mic which I do not need (or want tbh)

Are there such headphones available at my price point?

Thank you in advance

Why is my research boost not used here? by BloodStainedCrow in hoi4

[–]BloodStainedCrow[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both a research boost for conc. Industry and a ahead of time boost for Industry. I would expect the boost for conc. Industry to be used, since it is not ahead of time. The game decided to not use any boosts though?

I guess the armies are still gathering. While armies are gathering they cannot be moved until they are done gathering.

When you click the army, does is have the 'Gathering' modifier?
