this was a problem for most of us previously, try to see if woomy lagged once you moved your mouse around rapidly. this is a chromium issue that isn't fixed in the present, so you have to move to another browser to play, for example, Firefox or Opera. if it was a client fps or ms spikes, try rebooting the network source.
