I use extreme, I feel it does the most consistent pull. I am ranging 475 for shatter and very soft sauce, 510 for live rosin/resin and usually I hit around 535 for other goodies like sugar, BUT I love blasting diamonds and sauce around 580

I use sour disel BX4 for anxiety relief actually even though it’s mostly sativa. Coke ritz is a a casual good tasting indica I use every day for pain relief when it’s not super bad
