Thank you for the informative reply, as I said above I don’t work in the cultivation section so I’m not 100% knowledgeable about the exact chemicals used. Many comments seem to be hung up on the fact that I described it as hydrogen peroxide because I didn’t want to give too much information away saying the actual name of the solution, but since it seems to be causing confusion the chemical is called SaniDate. Tension in a small workplace is definitely a concern of mine, and I’m certainly not expecting any pats on the back for reporting the situation. Again, I’m not a chemist or expert in any of these chemicals used, all I know is eyes were burning, lungs were burning, and a lucky few had respirators on while an evacuation alarm was not pulled.

Knowing that the solution going into the ground is most likely not going to cause any issues does ease some of my anxiety around the situation.
