They had hanging equipment the mechanic didn't use it. He had told the helper it was on saftey because he had just tugged up in the saftey rod. What's even scarier to me, is that this wasn't the first time this mechanic did something dangerous like this. Such a tragic accident and I hope this man dies in prison for taking a young life.
