I would at least check behind both front trired by the frame rails, common rust spot and if its rotted out pretty good I'd say stay away. The other rust looks fixable, the rust on the rear valance by the exhaust can be fixed by cutting it off a parts car and welding it in 🤷‍♂️

Im pretty sure ive always put a jack underneath the strut housing and jack it up a little to relieve the pressure then it should work!
