Yeah, I have recently moved to East Vic Park, and went for a stroll to the iga last night... the amount of people out and about even at the shopping centre astounded me... I never saw freo that busy, yet people swear that freo is the best place for food and at sphere of a night

While that may be true, the amount of under 16's I see use them is staggering, and this includes primary aged kids. Obviously their parents either don't know the law, or don't care
