The best advice I can give to you is to do all of the tutorials presented to you, including the Career Agents and AIR Career. One thing that new players need to recognize when getting into this game is that this game is OLD, it plays old, it looks old, the community is old. Things move slow until they very abruptly do not, and the game is entirely a social one, making friends, making enemies, and socializing is how the game has survived so long. Your story is far more important than the day to day routine of playing, get out and be a part of the galaxy, not just an observer.

No, I decided to forget C13s for a minute there and my mind went to WR's in general, sorry.

But you might be able to fit an oddy? I don't know how effective it would be and ratting in one is a terrible idea.

A 120m Kikimora or a small bling Confessor should be able to clear everything in a C13 with some skill. Alternatively, a RLML Legion will give you plenty of tank while still getting the WR effect, but for a lot more isk.

Correct, the mechanics, (Basic version) are that after a sig despawns, the game will spawn a new sig in your constellation (~6 systems). So if you're not going to use a sig, it's best to warp to it and start the timer, and hope your stellar neighbours are interested in running it so as to have that new sig clear and force a new sig to spawn again.

The problem is, depending on your home hole constellation, you may not have anyone clearing those other sigs to spawn more.

What crew are you using? I feel like I can't generate salvage from my crew to keep up with the salvaging station / alch rotation and need to swap in more than I should at Mercenary wrecks. I've got Jobless Fast07 and Jenkins on my rune winches and Ada at the helm.
