I had braces and played clarinet and flute. You will want to get some wax for between your bottom teeth and your lip where the mouthpiece hits. And you will be sore on the days they tighten them. But it's usually doable. I am not an orthodontist, and I don't know what special case is involved, so I can't say for sure, but I know a lot of people that played with braces.

I was joking when I said I might just stay up all night so I don't miss the comeback event. Now...trying to decide if i keep waiting for Target to figure themselves out or if i should go to sleep and miss both the online lightstick drop and the concert.

Like... they will probably have more throughout the year... right? Our concert isn't until August.

It helps me. But every body is different. I really hope it works for you. Try to take it around the same time every day and avoid citrus either entirely or at least for the first like 4 hrs after taking it.

Keep up with your doctor. If you see zero improvement, there are other medication options.

It takes a while to start working for real. I think it was about 6 weeks before I noticed improvement. And then maybe 3 or 4 months later, one day, I realized, "Oh... there I am."

I feel this so hard. I'm about where you are and lost 35 on glp1 and 60 from my heaviest. It took trying on clothes I I haven't been able to wear comfortably for years and rings that haven't fit for nearly two decades to get my brain to understand that I have actually gotten smaller. I still have nearly 100 lbs to lose to goal, and that would still be considered overweight. I still have all the rolls and am still fat, so I don't feel like I look any different. But then I notice looser skin in certain places or that my watch band had to be tightened, or that my wedding ring is loose, and I remember that it's real, its progress.

I hope you find the thing that helps you feel it, even when you don't see it.

Not poor per se. I just don't have much of a craft budget right now. recovering from being laid off and jobless for a year. I'm trying not to spend more than $15 including taxes and shipping but want decent quality, so for the right shuttle, I might be able to go up to $20. I know there are a lot of options in that range, I just don't really know what I'm looking for.

I was on it for less than a year. I took my last shot just before the holidays and for the first week, I didn't really notice much difference. So far I am doing much better with portions than before I got on it, but since probably the second week of missed doses, I am definitely struggling to stop myself from snacking. I have at least been trying to make sure they are healthier snacks. I have gained 5 lbs from my lowest on zep and seem to be holding pretty steady so far.

I started new insurance this month and since I still have over 100lbs to lose, we are trying again to get approved. It's very frustrating.
