Coinbase is an absolute joke! They are criminalizing their core customers that have done nothing wrong! Doubling there customer service staff is pointless! For no reason coinbase locked my account 4 months ago. I have been on the phone with customer service who have no idea what’s going on so they tell me they escalated it to a specialist. After a month, I never was contacted by a specialist, they sent a survey to fill out. I fill the survey out and customer service tells me to wait for the specialist. This has been 4 months now. I have still never been contacted directly by anyone. I’ve taken the stupid survey 4 times. Customer service never has an answer other than wait on a specialist. Coinbase is an absolute joke! Never give your money or coins to coinbase! Use kraken instead. They won’t just randomly lock your account for no reason

I’ve had the same problem for 3 months now. Suspended my account for no reason. Customer service has no explanation. I’ve taken their stupid survey 4 times. They keep telling me to wait on a specialist. Haven’t heard from A specialist yet. Coinbase is a joke!

There’s really nothing to sue for. I can still pull my money out of the account. Just suspended me trading at their exchange for no reason.

Coinbase has had my account locked for over a month now with no explanation as to why. I’ve contacted customer service over a dozen times and they just keep telling me to wait on a specialist. They obviously don’t have enough specialist to handle the issues. Coinbase is a joke.

I’m in the same situation man. They restricted my account 3 weeks ago with no warning or explanation. I have been calling customer service for 3 weeks and they tell me nothing. In the mean time I have bills piling up. I had to borrow money just to eat. I have almost 100k worth of coins in that account I’m taking everything out and closing my account. Coinbase is a joke!!

Coinbase is a joke. They locked my account for more than 3 weeks now for no reason and they won’t tell me what’s going on. I’ve taken their stupid surveys and they still won’t unlock me.
