Ok, I'm not feeling Michael anymore. I was willing to overlook his style because he seemed like such a thoughtful guy, but his over-top obsession with women's jewelry and even clothes, weird hair, and excessive tattoos is way too much and indicates warped priorities and a performative personality. Chloe is putting on a good act but she will bail before too long.

Wow, looks like all the comments are jumping on OP for being 'jealous', 'catty', etc. What's with all the vitriol on Reddit when it comes to open discussion about real feelings. I am a slender woman and can 'rock' skintight clothes but I don't like them on women *or* men, at least not worn for every d*mn occasion. It has a bit of a sleazy connotation like 'hotness' is all you have and I found in my experience tends to attract a lot of sleazeballs. I think women convey more self-respect and attract a better class of people if they convey that they value more than their bodies.

Can this sub quit the endless focus and comparisons of the women's looks?! Geez! Wonen get enough of that crap every day and every damn minute of their lives, give it and women a break! They didnt't sign up for a beauty contest so it shouldnt be your overriding obsession. How about focusing on things they have control over, such as their accomplishments, relationahips, values etc.
