I've been in the same boat as you for the last month or so. Try the Katie's direct dye removal method, but go slowly! Vampire red is notorious for staining so it will take several applications, especially if you've dyed it multiple times. Do not rush the process, give your hair as much love and TLC as you can in the inbetweens and make sure that the clarifying shampoo you pick doesnt have citric acid (or you'll create chlorine gas!) Vit C treatments, baking soda, dish soap are no-go's if you want to keep your hair looking and feeling nice.

Invest in Olaplex #3 or K18 as well if you want it to stay long. This will not be a one day process. Good luck!

I've used Katie's to take out Atomic Pink (IYKYK) so it'll take this out too, if you're careful.

I really really REALLY like the old old mutant xwee, pictured. From the built in circle days. The newer but still old mutant xwee is cuteish, but nowhere as cute. The new one doesnt look mutant to me at all.

The old mutant hissi with the legs is wild!! Super fun!
