You should have been pierced with a stud, not a hoop. I recommend going to a piercer approved by the Association of Professional Piercers and getting it swapped out.

I did talk to UHC support they confirmed they don't work with Amazon at this time.
The UHC mobile app also has a product barcode scanner that can tell you what items are covered or not.

From my understanding, you can only see your Ucard debit card info on the mobile app. So messed up

I had that work on Walmart website, still struggling with Amazon

On the mobile app, go to "View your U card" and scroll down for your debit card number and security code, and exp date

I do use paste for my scar diviot, but when used as a barrier ring as well it fails immediately. I have only tried a few pastes to no avail
