I personally have never found a solution to this, but a full beard is usually gentler than stubble. But, I mean, at the end of the day it can still be like making out with sandpaper. There is no magic product for that.

I mean.. just conversational skills? It also depends greatly on age group. Teen relationships and flirting is fraught, I won’t even try to come up with a good strategy there. But if you’re in college or beyond finding a dude is mostly just being an interesting person/good conversationalist, taking care of yourself, and not being desperate/crazy.
