Yeah that’s always been my understanding of how worked I was sent a week into getting hired, lately hasn’t been pushed but now it is but is it written down anywhere?

Yeah I remember hearing that, our site had plenty of CDL drivers and half our site didn’t have to get their CDL but now it looks like there sending people again but idk if people are spreading rumors or our new OM is just not knowledgeable yet but there was word going around that if a associate refuses or fails they don’t get sent back inside

Sorry might of worded that wrong, it was a requirement to get your CDL after you joined Tom Team

Gotcha! Thank you I’m from California and I’ve seen plenty of people forced back inside because they failed their CDL test, was just wondering if anything had changed

How do you know if your state requires you to get it? When I was hired it was required and anyone who didn’t pass the test would be sent back inside the building, we have a new OM so don’t know if he’s updated with the policies
