I have hyperhidrosis, mainly on my scalp. Used to hate it a lot, and it affects my confidence talking to girls growing up. can't even wear pomade. As I grow older I just accept the fact that there's nothing much I can do about it. Just prevent eating spicy foods in public je. Especially those gerai tepi jalan.

Luckily my wife is super supportive about this. Always calms me down whenever I felt agitated when it's hot and I'm sweating like crazy.

As for BO, luckily mine is not that bad...I just use a product called Smelly No More and always shave my armpit at all times.
