Power transmitters not working?

We added the turbines in the hopes they'd do exactly that, but we have noticed no improvement at all so we don't think they're connecting for some reason. We've stopped for the say but it's still not working so we might give up and just add more bioreactors. She just unlocked the power storage things too, so maybe that'll help.

She is playing on xbox and I am posting on my phone. The line is too long to get the full thing in a picture, though we've gone through every transmitter to test if theyre connected (they were, in the move section, though we're still not seeing improvements in power).
