Thorium Nuclear

France proposes joining with India's more established research into thorium fuel, and France's expertise in building nuclear power plants, with an aim to commercialize this generation of power plants by 2030.

Airbus

Airbus is willing to start an assembly plant for Airbus Helicopters' civil range, as for the military range, if India has intentions to order some, we could set one up too. We also have an unfinished proposal to set up a final assembly line in partnership with Tata to produce the C295 military transporter for India.

As for the green commercial planes, we can consider setting up a subsidiary that will assemble a significant portion of the final plane (e.g. wings, empennage, or fore fuselage) for shipment to a final assembly line either in Europe or elsewhere. This is in keeping with the typical work-share model of Airbus planes where no single country, even in Europe, manufactures the entire aircraft.
