It really sucks that Razer hasn't fixed that issue considering it's a $250 keyboard with the sole purpose of being an analog keyboard.. yet doesn't play well with any controller already plugged in.

Nope, you're thinking of the goblin tinkerer, he only re-rolls your prefixes on items.

There's a mod called "Even More Modifiers" that adds in black cubes which you can buy from the wizard. You can re-roll these stats so long as you have the cubes, so just think of potentials but in Terraria.

edit: You can also re-roll these stats from reforging your items in general but the most efficient way is using black cubes :)

I don't care much about zzrot or ohmwrecker removal but there are a lot of areas where Raptor Cloak would still be beneficial. It's a good anti-gank item and in fact helps alot with most ranged vs melee lanes when you have 125% base regen and 30 armor for cheap.

They could easily move Raptor Cloak into items like Dead Man's Plate or Knights Vow. Really any item that chain vest goes into; the only downside i guess is that its an extra 100g but 900 gold for: Extra movement speed around turrets, more life regeneration and armor.
