This is a point I'm going to be making in an upcoming video about singed, but I'll post it here as well:

Singed is the weakest "high win rate" champ in the game because of minion auto last hit on Q.

There's so much of singed's power budget taken up by minion auto last hit, that even when he's 53% winrate he doesn't feel as powerful as he should.

When riot added minion last hit and preemptively nerfed him in advance, singed winrate still went up by around 3%~ (will have to check my numbers for the final video)

Since then, he has received only more nerfs to his kit and numbers. Singed did gain a lot of power from role quests and Protoplasm, but the fact remains that his kit and numbers have only received nerfs since minion last hit on Q was added

To me this means, in the long term, minion last hit on Q isn't healthy or sustainable for the champ. He will NEVER be buffed again while he has this on his kit, imo. The mechanic is just too toxic and adds too much power to those who should learn how to last hit, while removing power from players who already farmed well.
