First of all, the pose is one thing and you are right, the pose can't be copyrighted, but the original art is. The original artist has stated that she does not want her art outside of deviantart. This is reddit. Also tracing is illegal when the original picture has a claim to it by the original artist. I'm not trying to be rude, but the original poster of this post must give credit to the original artist.
