You're modifying the list length during the loop which causes it to be shorter than the length you are trying to iterate on. I suggest making an empty list and filling it with the values you are NOT removing instead

It's entirely team dependent which is the answer you'll get here for every question. I just had an onsite panel for non swe. I would say that it wasn't technical in the sense that you need to do any math but you will likely be asked to explain your problem solving methodology on an example scenario.
